Other than the nature of the email, I do love the spelling of advertisement in the disclaimer… love it. I don’t think I am going to hite OTC Yellow Pages for $300 anytime soon. I would deny ever approving this email if I were the company, its a disaster in the making. I just read a recent ban request by the SEC of a company whereby the whole idea was around a technology they falsely drew graphic depictions such as the one above and claimed the product was available now. I hope these guys are smarter than that.
